I would now like to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday Season, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I appreciate all of you that have been reading my blog and that I have been in contact with. The last couple of weeks have been so crazy that I am so out of touch in blogland and can't wait to catch up on everyone's lives. But right now, I will be enjoying my family for this exciting week of Christmas and New Year's. Hope you all have a beautiful one!

Spinach, Red Pepper, and Feta Quiche
1 frozen prepared pie shell
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 (4-ounce) jars chopped roasted peppers
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (10-ounce) package frozen leaf spinach, thawed, excess liquid squeezed out and chopped
3 large eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup milk
2/3 cup (3 ounces) crumbled feta

Blind bake the crust: Line the pie shell with aluminum foil and weight it with pie weights or beans. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown.
Increase oven temperature to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet, heat oil over moderate heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Turn up heat to moderately high. Add pimentos, garlic, and spinach and cook, stirring until just heated through. Drain off any excess liquid. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the Parmesan and milk. Add the spinach mixture and feta, and pour into the pie shell. Welcome to my Holiday Home!
My front hall table, which is an old dresser (curbside find), is one of my favorite places to create different vignettes. This light above sparkles with crystals and glitter snowflakes. Here is my living room tree.
This is a shot without the flash, because I don't like how it comes out with the flash. And some pics of a few of my favorite ornaments.
My beautiful angel on top of my tree was a gift from my mom. Some more Christmas decor around my living room.
This pillow is a new purchase this year from a very talented girl, Amy at CottageGateDesigns.com. She has so many beautiful handmade pieces.
This table top tree is in my dining room. I would love a tree in every room. I will have to work on that.
This white boa tree is in my daughter's room. I love the way her doll appears to be looking at it. The gorgeous pink candylights on this tree are another recent purchase from the talented Roxie at Jorabeels.com.
And last but not least, one of my cutest decorations is these snuggly snowmen. It also happens to be snowing out the window behind them, aren't they so cute?
I do love all of the decorations, but what I love most about my Holiday Home is:
- the smell of pine
- my kids' excitement
- all of the great Christmas movies on tv
- the Christmas music I play whenever I can
- visiting with friends and family
Thanks for coming! I hope you enjoyed your stay!

For this one, I just used some gold tissue paper on the box and added an ornament, sheer ribbon, a tassel and berry pick
I love this damask wrap and the ribbon is so rich too. A gift too nice to open I think! Some glittered hydrangeas and sparkly gold stems are just the right touch for this pattern
